All aboard for a fun (and educational) train journey!
A fun crew of animals (including a rabbit, mouse and bird), are busy working hard at a railway station to help the trains run smoothly. Whether the trains are going over bridges or racing through tunnels, there's always something exciting going on...and YOU can come along for the ride as well!
This is a pretty noisy railway, as there are lots of fun sound effects that kids will love, including the 'whoosh!' of the fast diesel engine, or the 'slick click-clack' of the train's metal wheels.
The talented Ant Parker has filled this story with lots of fun pictures too, including a bulldog in his car waiting for the train to pass through the level crossing.
And at the end of the story, there's also a handy picture guide to help kids learn more about the different parts of the railway.
If your kids are fans of TV shows such as Thomas the Tank Engine, they'll enjoy this story. There are fourteen books in total in this series, and this is the second.
Overall, this is a fun and noisy rhyming story with a lot of kid appeal, and a must for children (and grown-ups) obsessed with big machines.
